- Hinksey Outdoor Pool Viny’s Café 2012.
- Summertown branch in North Parade Street/ Banbury Rd 2014.
His latest branch has been warmly welcomed and introduced in the media.
The cafes logo is definitely inspired by Viny’s pseudonym. The most important factors in running the business are for him:
- The friendship between all the team members,
- Excellent and honest customer service,
- Fresh food served all-day
The first cafes opened in the sports facilities have influenced their strategy as a Fusion Lifestyle, design for people who want to live and eat healthily and has proved acceptance from them.
Observing the customers preferences, he designed his offer for the customer needs. Paninis and wraps are very popular recently but his nice coffee with a homemade piece of cake has a big group of their admirers already. Freshly made pasta and salads are the stars on the gym, as well as all sort of baps, ciabattas, baguettes with wide a range of meat, fish and cheese and vegetarian fillings. Viny is happy to serve all types customer including – students, families with children, the elderly, athletes, tourists, local citizens, in fact, anyone who wants to unwind.
He works with his business partner Mouhamed Ali, originally from Egypt, who he has known and worked with in Oxford for the past ten years. They work together leading a team of family and friends business.
The business is looking forward to a bright future, delivering very good, fresh products and services with the winning formula for the café business. Viny and Ali, they both appreciate the good and supportive environment for the business start-ups in England, for the benefits of the savvy international café visitors.
